Personal Credit Requirements (Primary or CFO)
1. Fico Score on all three bureaus not less then 700
2. No more then 5 inquiries on each of the three bureau credit reports
3. No late pays, no liens, suits, judgments or bankruptcy
4. Revolving debt not more then 50% utilization
5. Not more then 1 mortgage on credit report
6. No Fraud alert placed on file
7. Must be 25 years or older

Compensation: 15% on the back end

1.2 yr old+ shelf corporation or LLC with bank account under your name.
2. Company will be registered in the state where CEO resides.
3. Company will be registered with Dun & Bradstreet.
4. Phone number linked to your business and registered under 411.
5. We will prepare your file for funding, i.e., corporate credit cards, business lines of
6. Credit, trade credit and trade lines with amounts up to $250k.

Compensation: $5k PRE-PAY and 15% on the back end
